Taralee Trammell

Yoga, Breathwork & Reiki Practitioner

Taralee is the founder of A Balanced Life, bringing 28 years of experience in recreation therapy and 18 years teaching yoga and breathwork. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and certified yoga, breathwork, and reiki practitioner. Taralee guides individuals toward whole-life wellness, blending ancient wisdom with modern practices to help others rediscover balance and reclaim their inner strength.

Diane JC-Fife

Yoga & Breathwork Practitioner

Diane is the founder of MyHeartCenteredYoga, guiding students through Sattva Yoga, conscious breathwork, and wellness retreats rooted in holistic healing. She has built a spiritual community centered on connection, offering Wisdom Talks that invite deeper reflection and shared insight. Diane brings this same heart-centered approach to Root into Being, creating space for participants to reconnect through movement, breath, and presence.

Adrienne Dunlap

Yoga & Sound Practitioner

Adrienne is a certified yoga teacher and certified sound healer based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also has a degree in Athletic Training, which has allowed her to have a deeper understanding of general health, wellness, and injury prevention. Through yoga and sound, she hopes to help others find their own path to healing and self-realization.
