Taralee Trammell
Owner of A Balanced Life
I found yoga while working as a Recreation Therapist in a local Treatment Center and after teaching once…fell in love! I continued teaching to patients and over time got certified at Local Yoga in Murray. Then continued teaching in various treatment centers and taking classes.
Over time I decided to create this business taking yoga and helping other yogis take yoga into treatment centers and companies and private parties/events.
Spreading peace, health, calmness, and hope are why I teach yoga. I have taught yoga to a variety of people including children, teens, private clients, veterans, senior citizens, athletes, people in treatment for substance abuse, and workshops for Intermountain Hospital.

Sarah started practicing yoga 3 years ago when she started losing her flexibility.
Her first class was at BYU and since then, she has obtained her yoga teacher training at 3B in June of 2014.
Sarah has taught Yoga in several different settings. She practice traditional Ashtanga Yoga and tries to keep it as traditional and fun as she can. Sarah loves the practice and loves sharing the ability to draw closer the union of body and mind via postures and breathing.
Sarah’s philosophy is “if you’re willing try, your body and mind are open to change. If you are willing to take it, you can make it. Namaste.”

Since 1983, she has completed over 1200 road races with distances covering 1 mile to 26.2 miles (marathon). She says, “Yoga grounds me and allows me to participate in these activities.”

Diane
Diane left her 30 year career as an Engineer in 2016 to pursue the passionate calling of my heart, Yoga-Practicing the Presence. Each morning she awakens full of gratitude for this opportunity in life. Practicing Yoga is something Diane looks forward to doing and she feels honored to share that passion with others.
Diane currently teaches at Yoga Studios, Recovery Centers and private events and as well as certifying new teachers.
My classes include Meditation, Pranayamaas well as Asanas. You will be able to focus on posture alignment at a slow pace before moving into the flow. Diane invites you to feel and honor your own body as you learn how to communicate with your body and soul.
